Can you guys believe that it is the week of Christmas already? I feel like just yesterday it was Halloween, but soon we'll be talking 2015 favourites! I've been powering through the ends of tons of products lately so it felt like time to clean out the trash and see what worked and what didn't. Look for even more empties come the new year!
Once again I feel like I need to apologize for things being pretty quiet around here lately. Extra exciting stuff at work has made for some extra long days and weekends are full of house hunting (!!) and holiday festivities. December has seriously just flown by! I'm looking forward to the next two weeks to have a little bit of time to get myself back on track. Nothing like a new year to jump start the organization process right? Thank you all again for bearing with me during the rough patch that has been this fall. I seriously appreciate every one of you that keeps coming back to read! Now let's get back to the products shall we:

RapidLash Serum | I bought this product when I was on vacation last year, and at first it was difficult to remember to apply at night so I was using it sporadically and wasn't seeing crazy results. In the last maybe 6 months I've finally gotten the hang of including it in my routine and I noticed a huge difference in the length of my eyelashes! I'm already using my second tube of this and thought to take some before photos this time so keep an eye out for a full before/after review!

Recommendation? If you looking for a growth serum to try, I highly recommend this one. Just make sure you are applying regularly to see best results. I believe Costco sells a double pack for the same price as one tube at any other store so be on the lookout!

Aveeno Positively Radiant Toner | This was a product I loved using back before I discovered Micellar waters for that last bit of cleansing before adding your mosturizer. It was gentle and didn't strip the skin like many other toner/astrigent type products I had tried previously.

Recommendation? I don't use a separate toner now because I feel that a micellar water does double-duty, but if you are a toner fan this one was very nice for sensitive skin!

Maybelline Lash Sensational | When I first tried this mascara I wasn't super impressed, but as the formula dried and thickened a bit it became one of my very favourites from the drugstore. The wand/bristles are the perfect shape/length to really separate, lengthen, and fan out the lashes.

Recommendation? If you're looking for a new drugstore mascara to test out, definitely give this one a try!

Dove Cream-Oil Body Wash | I rediscovered this in my collection last year during the harsh winter, and have been loving it ever since. It is a thick, creamy body wash that leaves the skin feeling clean but not stripped. The Rose Oil scent was also really nice!

Recommendation? They don't sell this particular product any more, but the Winter Care body wash I've heard is very similar. Dove body washes are definitely some of my favourites!

I think by now you all know how much I love and recommend the Marcelle cleansing water, Macadamia hair masque & Batiste dry shampoo, but if you're looking for more information you can click any of the links to read more. I will say that I wish we could find the Fresh sent of Batiste in Canada, because I think it is my new favourite!

Have you been purging your stash of almost-used products in time for the new year? What have you used up recently?

If you've been following this blog for a while, you'll know that I'm always on the lookout anything that will help my super fine hair feel thicker and more voluminous. I've always been super curious about extensions, but since they are an investment and many require online ordering, I was hesitant to take the plunge. So when Irresistible Me reached out to me to ask if I would be interested in testing out their Royal Remy extensions, I was thrilled to be able to report back to you on the process and quality.

Blonde hair can be extremely hard to match because of the range of tones there can be from one blonde to the next. When they arrived I was impressed that they came with a tester piece to make sure that the length and the tone of the hair is exactly what you were looking for and expected. I ordered the Platnium Blonde, and while it does have a bit more of a yellow tone than my own hair, once blended in with my own it's barely noticeable. I did tone a few piece using this method to see if it would change the colour, and it did, but only slightly.

I chose the 20 inch set as I was looking for more volume than length, but it does add a little bit to the ends of my hair, which will be really nice for other hair styles. As someone with fine hair, I appreciate that the ends taper a bit as it meant my extensions needed no extra trip to my hair stylist in order to blend flawlessly. I know that it's easier to blend in extensions when curling your hair, but to me the test was to see if they blended in when mine was straight, and I'm thrilled to report that they 100% do!

The 4 clip piece is quite something - it's a double layered weft that I think is thicker than all my hair put together, and so I was worried that it would be uncomfortable and heavy. I'm happy to report that I felt perfectly comfortable for hours while wearing!

The set came with more pieces than I would ever need for my hair at once, but I love that I can keep a couple of the wefts for curls, where I don't need a ton of crazy volume. It also means I can cut down on the heat styling for them since I can have some both curly and straight no matter what style I want to accomplish.

All in all I'm definitely impressed with the quality and blendability of these extensions right out of the box! You can pick up your own here. Now my only problem is figuring out how to store them outside of keeping them in the box they came in - do you have any tips?

The empty products are starting to pile up again, so I thought it was about time to do some Trash Talk and decide whether these products were worth the repurchase.
A couple of staples I've gone through: another can of Batiste, and my second bottle of the Marcelle Micellar water. Both are holy grail products I've talked a ton about so you if you haven't already heard me rave about them you can read up on them here and here!

ELF Lip Exfoliator | This is a product I loved and raved about when I first bought it (it even made an appearance in my 2014 favourites), but now have been super disappointed by. I've had this for less than a year now and the product has completely dried up, and smells like plastic. When it did work it was a great easy way to quickly exfoliate the lips, mess free, but it's a bummer the amount of product that was wasted because it went off so quickly.

Recommendation? It's only $3 but I'm not sure I'd repurchase because there was just so much waste! Did I just get a bad one? Has this happened to anyone else? Are there any other stick exfoliators on the market I should try?

Maybelline Instant Age Rewind Brightener | I am head over heels in love with this stuff and I've been trying to use up every last drop before I have a chance to go out an repurchase. This has become a staple in my daily routine, and if I forget to use it I can instantly tell the difference in the finished look.
Recommendation? If you deal with any sort of blue undereye circles you should definitely give it a go!
Origins GinZing Eye Cream | I loved this when I first got it because it was brightening and absorbed quickly into the skin, but after a while the formula seemed to really thicken up and started looking a bit strange under the eyes. From now on I think I'll be sticking to eye creams in tubes because I'm pretty sure the air exposure is what altered the product.

Recommendation? If you're looking for something to help counteract dark circles or brighten up the eyes, I've been using the F.A.B Triple Remedy (which comes in a tube) and it's been working amazingly well.

Stila Stay All Day Liner in Dark Brown | This is another product that was a love/hate for me. I've already raved many times about the Stay All Day liner in black - I love the flexible felt tip, and the product lasts seriously all day - but this formula seemed to be different. The colour was a perfect cool toned dark brown, but it seemed a bit more watery and dried up way faster than any of my black versions.

Recommendation? I'm not sure if I got a bad batch but I've moved on to another brown liner that I'm currently testing out. If you're looking for black though - definitely a must buy!

What products have you finished up lately? Were they grails or fails?

I've already rounded up my thoughts on the gel moisturizers, foundations, mascaras, lip balms and dry shampoos I've put to the test, so I thought it was about time to talk about concealers. There are so many amazing affordable options at drugstore prices, but different concealers can used for different purposes so here are my thoughts for navigating this space in the drugstore.

Maybelline Cover Stick | I feel like this is a hidden gem at the drugstore. This concealer was my secret weapon when I was working as a swim instructor because it is both high coverage and waterproof. I still to this day keep one on hand for the summer when I know I'll be at the lake or pool, or just generally spending time outdoors. It is a very thick consistency so I warm it up first with my fingers and then blend out with a fluffy blending brush so it doesn't appear cakey.

Maybelline Instant Age Rewind | The brightener shade of the concealer is amazing for counteracting dark circles and bringing back some life to your face. It is a thick formula so a little goes a long way, and I always top it with something skin toned to make sure it blends into the face.

Coastal Scents Camo Quad | I know this isn't drugstore per se, but it is available for a drugstore price and I love it too much not to include it! This is my favourite concealer for covering blemishes, as it is so easy to get the perfect colour no matter how much of a tan you've got going on. It's a gel-like formula so it blends seamlessly and provides great coverage.

Maybelline Fit Me | This is a very popular concealer, and for a good reason. The moisturizing texture makes it useful for both under the eyes and on the face. If you're battling dry skin or even dry spots from acne treatment this may be something you would love. Just note, the coverage is medium and it definitely benefits from being set because of the creamy consistency.

Garnier Anti-Dark Circle Rollerball | Since I already use a brightening product underneath my eyes, I love that this formula is very thin and doesn't feel like you're caking up the product. It's not very high coverage, but it covers what I need and it doesn't crease on me throughout the day making it perfect for everyday wear. The amount of product you get in this is crazy so even though it is on the higher end of prices, I know it will last me for at least a year.

What is your favourite affordable concealer?

Can you believe that the first month of 2015 has already almost past? December and January were great months for trying out new products, rediscovering old products, and finding some new HG items, so I'm so excited to share you my January favourites today!
I found a bottle of the Dove Cream Oil Body Wash hanging out under my sink, and once it had made its way to the shower it has seen non-stop use all throughout this month. My skin has been crazy dry especially my legs, and though this doesn't completely eliminate the need for body lotion post-shower, it has been a great first step to keeping my skin out of the flake zone.
After hearing Amanda rave about the Bumble & Bumble Hairdressers Invisible Oil, it immediately went on my wishlist. I got it for Christmas and immediately started putting it to use. And I have to say WOW what a difference it makes in my hair. The combination of my It's A 10 and this means I can wear my hair in its natural state of curliness without having to battle serious frizz. It also makes my hair ridiculously soft and shiny!
I am so late to the party on this, but after finally getting the Hourglass Ambient Lighting Palette last month I can say these powders are definitely worth the hype. I use Dim Light (far left) as a setting powder and I can't even explain how beautiful of a finish it gives. It looks almost like you've put a primer over top of your makeup because it smoothes and blurs everything out like nothing I've ever seen before. The other two I use to highlight and bronze. I think this palette is perfect for travelling, but if you only wanted one powder, I highly suggest checking out Dim Light.
The Anastasia Brow Gel is another product that I've done a complete 180 on recently. After talking with Mia about how I didn't get along well with this product when I first tried it, she told me it was one of her favourite products, and so I decided to give it another shot. I don't know if it's because it's dried out a bit or I was applying too much before, but it no longer gives me super crunchy and shiny brows. With just a tiny bit of product it keeps my brows in place all day.
I did a whole post reviewing the Origins Clear Improvement Mask so I won't go into detail here, but let's just say that the love affair is still going strong. You can read all about it in the original post here.
Last but not least, another rediscovered favourite. I got the Too Faced Better Than False Lashes in a set last year, but didn't really pay much attention to it. Over the past month I've been busting this out for occasions where I just don't want to deal with the hassle of using false lashes, but want a little more oomph in the length and volume department, and it has been working great for me. I know there have since been tons of these types of products hit the market so if you like the look of bolder lashes without the fuss of false lashes definitely give one a try!

Have you rediscovered any new favourites this month?

A few months ago I was invited to a blogger event at the Miracle 10 Skincare Boutique in Yorkville. At the event we were given a consultation on our skin type and how it fit in with their product line, and offered a chance to book a complimentary peel treatment at their boutique on a later date.

via
Being a treatment newbie that I am, I booked my peel treatment for right before I left on my trip to BC in December. When I arrived at the boutique, there had been a mix up with my appointment time, but they were incredibly accommodating and took me right away. I was taken into the treatment room by Shirali, who then asked me a series of questions to determine what type of peel treatment would be best for me.

When she asked if I would have any extended periods of sun exposure in the near future, I told her I would be leaving soon on my ski vacation. I was so glad that she was thorough in her questions, because she informed me that doing the peel treatment makes your skin very sensitive to the sun exposure after the appointment. She said we could go ahead if I really wanted to, but that she would suggest rescheduling since there was a higher risk that I would burn during my vacation if I did the peel. I had no idea, and agreed it was better to be safe than sorry when it comes to skin.

Last Saturday I finally had my treatment. Neda cleansed the skin and used a tiny dermablade to remove all the dead skin and hair from my face so that the products would be better absorbed by the skin and not the hair. Who knew? She applied Lactic Acid, which is the most gentle of acids since it was my first experience, and left it on for two minutes. It did tingle but it was nothing unbearable. After it was removed she immediately applied a mask with lavendar and vitamin K to heal and calm the skin. She left me to relax for 10 glorious minutes then removed the mask with a hot towel and massaged a mix of SPF and a moisturizing treatment into my skin.

There was no redness from the treatment when I left the boutique, just a bit of shininess from the thick moisturizing treatment that was applied. I was able to apply makeup that night without any problems, and noticed that my hyper-pigmentation left behind from previous acne was definitely reduced. The next day I noticed a slight irritation between my right eye and hairline, which developed into a small, dry, rash-like patch over the next few days. After five days the dryness has disappeared but there is still a bit of redness. I do have very sensitive skin, but I'm not sure what would have caused the irritation in that particular area.

These treatments are definitely not cheap. At $125 I can't see myself making it a regular habit, but it could be a nice treat before a special occasion. I would definitely discuss my irritation with them before booking a second appointment.

As for the skincare line, it is a definite win in my books. As you can tell, my favourite product is definitely the Light Serum, which was featured in my gel moisturizing round up and November favourites and is still going strong. The other notable mention - the Miracle 10 sunscreen, which unfortunately I left out of this picture, is one of the best facial sunscreens I've tried. It leaves your skin smooth and matte making it a great base for makeup. Its ingredients don't break out my sensitive skin, which is why it was one of the only products I took with me on my vacation.

Have you ever tried a facial peel treatment? What was your experience?

When I recieved this L'Oreal Infalliable polish as part of a Christmas gift, does my family know me or what, I knew it would be a great product for review. The bottle itself didn't have any information, but after doing a little research I realized that it has some pretty big claims. So how did it match up?

The colour I got was 02 - Always A Lady, a very deep burgundy cream with a red tinted top coat. The price of these range from $10-$12 CAD at Walmart/Shopper's Drug Mart, which is pretty steep for a nail polish from the drugstore. L'Oreal claims that the "Infallible Nail Polish is a sleekly designed two-step process that delivers on-trend shades, with hard as nails toughness and magnifying shine. A stunning, show-stopping hybrid gel-lacquer result, which is inspired by a Salon UV gel manicure. Up to 12 Days of wear"

I started with my Revlon Base Coat, that I'm almost certain has been sadly discontinued, since I use it with every polish that I put on my nails. The L'Oreal polish was amazing to apply - the brush is the perfect shape and size and the formula is super opaque, so I could have probably gotten away with one coat, but I put on two for good measure. It does give a super glossy finish, and actually had a surprisingly quick drying time for a thicker formula.
I did a check in on how this polish was holding up on Instagram when I had had it on for five days - not bad right? Well here's a look at where we were on day 12.
Is that not pretty incredible?! I'm not even exaggerating when I say this polish did not chip on me at all in 12 days of wear. There was some minor tip wear that showed up pretty early in the marathon, possibly after trying to get into my phone's Otterbox to clean it out - those things are ridiculous to take off, but after that it really seemed to stay put. I did not wrap the tips in polish or top coat so that may have been a factor. My biggest problem with nail polishes is usually not so much that they chip easily, but that they start to crack under the top coat after a few days - does this happen to anyone else? The L'Oreal Infalliable had no cracks in sight. Seriously amazing, especially for such a dark polish. The shine was definitely taken down a notch over the 12 days, but it wasn't dull in the slightest.  Mostly the my nails were just starting to look grown out and in need of a fresh paint job!

The only con I can really say about this polish is the price considering how much product you get. After painting all my nails just once, there was a noticable decline in the product left in the bottle. However, I think that it is worth it because of the sheer longevity this polish has! Plus, I think this would be great for travel, because it's compact and has everything you need for a manicure on location. I think it's safe to say that I've found my new favourite polish formula!

Have you tried any of the polishes from this range?

If you read my October empties post you'll know I was going on the hunt for a new face mask, so I was so excited when my Grandma got this Sephora Beauty Unmasked set for me as a Christmas gift! It comes with 4 dexluxe sample size masks all designed to focus on different areas. Even though it is no longer available to purchase as a set, I thought it would be helpful to give my thoughts on the masks individually.

Boscia Luminizing Black Mask
I had never heard of the Luminizing Black Mask before, but I was intrigued by the brand as well as the fact that it is a peel off formula. Those are so satisfying right? This mask has a thick sticky formula that is easy to spread on, but unless you lay it on THICK I found it really hard to peel off quickly. I feel like you would blow through a tube so quickly because of the amount of product you need to apply. I eventually got annoyed and would wash the rest off with water, and feel...absolutely no difference. I don't really have a problem with large pores or blackheads so maybe I'm not the target for this mask, but at $32 for 2.8 ox I will not be buying the full size.

Peter Thomas Roth Cucumber Gel Mask
This Cucumber Gel Mask was an interesting one. It claims to detoxify, calm and hydrate dry irritated skin, which I was excited about because I've been getting some dry patches lately on my forehead and cheeks from icy wind burn and blasting car heat. It feels almost like you're putting on aloe vera gel and absorbs entirely into the skin, which I really like since it can be worn as a sleeping mask without making a mess. At first when I wash it off it doesn't feel like it's really done anything, but the next day my makeup application was smoother and I didn't have any dry patches on my forehead. This product is pretty pricy - $45 for 5 oz, but I would consider purchasing if I can't find anything else that gives me the same results.

Glam Glow Thirsty Mud Mask
The Thirsty Mud Mask was honestly the product I was most excited to try in this set. Everyone raves about these masks, and as I said I was dealing with some dry patches so I thought this would work wonders on those areas of my face. I'm both sad and glad (since this is such a pricy item - a whopping $70) that this just did not live up to the hype for me. The topical sunscreen smell is amazing, though very strong. It goes on super thick and doesn't ever fully absorb, leaving a slight tackiness to the surface of the skin. It feels great going on, but even though I tried it multiple times my dry patches just didn't diminish with use of this mask. I definitely suggest getting a sample before commiting to the price tag of this one!

Origins Clear Improvement Mask
Last but certainly not least, this Origins Charcoal Mask is a clay based formula, which has traditionally been my favourite, but I was a little concerned that it would dry out my face more and exentuate my dry patches. I'm excited to say that I think I've found my new favourite mask! This mask smoothes on easily and doesn't take forever to dry like some clay masks. Even after the first time I used it I couldn't believe how soft and smooth my skin felt after washing it off! Since then I've reached for it many times, and my skin always feels more refreshed and looks brighter when I use this product. Only time will tell really how well it does with preventing breakouts, but I love what it does for the texture and tone of my skin. At $25 for 3.4 oz I'm also happy I fell in love with the least expensive of the bunch! I will definitely be purchasing the full size.

What is your favourite face mask? Do you have any hydrating mask recommendations?

Friday, 12 December 2014

If you didn't already catch it, last week I did a day to night look that would be perfect for work parties and casual holiday get togethers. This week, we're going to get a little bit more dramatic with my favourite recent find for the holidays.
I was wandering the aisles of Target one day and stopped to check out the Sonia Kashuk section. All of the quads were beautiful, but Showstoppers immediately caught my eye. While most of the other quads contained more typical eyeshadow textures with one more sparkly option, this was a complete glitter palette and I knew it needed to come home with me.
After swatching the colours I became even more excited about trying them on my eyes. As you can see above, for glitters they have pretty decent pigmentation all on their own. The two lighter shades don't have as much of a base colour, but the bronze and black/charcoal pack a serious punch. When washing the swatches off my hand, it took some scrubbing to get the black completely off.

Glitter can be a bit of a mess, so the fact that these come pressed is amazing. I've used them both with a brush and my finger to apply, and I personally prefer my finger because it minimizes fall out. I don't think any glitter will give you zero fallout, but in my experiences with these the level of fallout was pretty limited - much better in fact than the Sidecar colour in the UD Naked palette, where I always end up with glitter particles falling all over my face.
In both looks I've used the shadows as more of a glitter top coat for looks I've created underneath. This was just my preference, as it avoids the issue of intense blending which could be cause for more fallout.

This first look you may recognize from my Creative Closet post last week. For this look I started out with a matte base - a neutral beige colour all over the lid, a cool taupe in the crease and under the lash line, and some black winged out liner. I patted the white glitter over the lid and it brought a beautiful subtle sparkle to the eye.
For this look I got a little bit more more smokey, and layered the glitters on top of shades from my UD Naked palette. I used my favourite combination of champagne on the lid, bronze in the outer corner and crease, and a matte neutral brown to blend out the crease and lower lash line to keep it from being shine overload. I used a brown liner in the waterline so it wouldn't take away from the focus on the lid. I layered the pale gold glitter over Sin, and the Bronze glitter over Smog, and it created an amazing glow to the eye that is difficult to capture through the camera but looks beautiful in person.

This palette is a bit more expensive for drugstore, coming it at around $13-14, but if you are a fan of glitter I highly suggest picking it up. The neutral colours make it the perfect final touch to any holiday look without being over the top. You can bet this is the palette I'll be rocking to ring in the new year!

Have you tried any of the other Sonia Kashuk Quads?

If you have read any blogs or beauty mags this past year, you'll know that cleansing waters were the next big thing. These products tend to come attached to claims that they are able to do it all: remove all traces of makeup, cleanse skin, and tone all in one simple step. Bioderma was the first out of the gate and became an instant beauty cult favourite, but is there something at a lower price point that gives it a run for it's money? If you read my latest Trash Talk you'll know that I hinted that I had found exactly that!
I found the Marcelle Soothing Cleansing Water on a recent trip to Winners and decided to give it a go. When I tried it I was instantly impressed, but wondered how it really stacked up in comparison to Bioderma. Above I swatched a long wearing liquid lipstick, waterproof mascara, and waterproof eyeliner to see how easily the Marcelle and Bioderma waters would remove these product. First up: Bioderma.
After a few swipes Bioderma easily removed the lipstick and eyeliner, but needed a bit more scrubbing to remove all traces of the waterproof mascara. So how did Marcelle compare?
They performed virtually identically! If anything I would say the Marcelle cleansing water required a little less elbow grease to get the final bits of mascara to disappear. When I looked into the ingredient ingredient lists, I found they were also very similar.
I love cleansing waters because they don't feel like they are stripping your skin quite like facial towlettes, but don't leave a greasy residue like many makeup removers. I do always follow up with a cleanser, but if you wear very light makeup or were feeling particularly lazy one night, it could do double duty with a little extra attention. The best part of this little experiment? In my local drugstore Bioderma will cost me upwards of $25. I found the Marcelle on sale for $6. I think that's a no brainer! Unfortunately both of these options are difficult to find in the US, but you can order the Marcelle version through their website. UPDATE: If you are looking for it on Marcelle's website, it has been repackaged and is now called their "3-in-1 Micellar Solution".
Are you a fan of cleansing waters?

October being over is so bittersweet to me, we are officially one step closer to Christmas but also one step closer to the dark and cold of a typical Canadian winter. Instead of dwelling on what is to come, let's take a look at what I loved this month shall we?
I lived in this Flannel shirt from Garage all month long. It took me so long to find the cut/colour combo that I wanted and now that I have, I have to stop myself from wearing it every single day. It is just the perfect piece for dressing up, and dressing down!
I'm not sure if it was the frequent travel for work or what, but the past two months had be wreaking havoc on my skin. Because I was running low on my favourite face wash, I decided to test out one from the Body Shop Tea Tree line. The Cool and Creamy wash isn't my favourite for every day since it's quite intense, but I like it for using in the bath or shower when I can let it sit on my skin for a few minutes. It almost feels like I'm giving myself a facial treatment.
For spot treating, I went back to an old favourite, the Clean & Clear Persa Gel 10. This stuff is serious business. I put this on in the evening over larger areas where I was breaking out and it really seemed to help kill the bacteria or whatever was causing smaller whiteheads. My skin is just returning to normal and I couldn't be happier!
Having smaller eyes, most of the time I think adding colour on the lower lash line looks a little too heavy for me. Since I've been loving cooler neutrals for the fall, I decided to try the Rimmel Scandal Eyes in Taupe on the outer corner of my lower lash line and it really helped define my eyes without looking too dark. I've been loving it especially if I'm wearing darker shadows as it helps balance and round out my eyes.
I found this Real Techniques Blush Brush on sale at Winners (a TJ Maxx equivalent) and immediately scooped it up. I am head over heels in love! It's a great size and shape and the bristles are super soft. I'm thinking of going back for another to use with bronzer, because the tapered tip is awesome for a more precise application!
A few months ago I picked up a sample of Lush's Lemony Flutter cuticle butter, and it was an absolute life saver as the cold started moving in this month. I'm a compulsive hand washer so my cuticles were in pretty rough shape. This rich butter is great for some super hydration. It's thick and a bit greasy so you may want to reserve it for night time. I feel like this sample alone is going to last me the whole winter, I need so little!
Finally, I'm not much of a brown person. I have naturally pretty full brows, and especially being a blonde never really wanted to do much that might make them look darker. When I rediscovered this Maybelline Define A Brow pencil in Dark Blonde in my collection, I started to use it to fill in some of the sparser parts in the inner part of my brows, and was surprised by the difference just the tiny change has made.

And that wraps up this month's favourites! What have you been loving this month?
